Non-Accredited Training

Our Supervisor 101 Training Course is designed to equip current and future Supervisor and or Managers with foundation soft and technical skills face-to-face through 5 core modules: risk management, legislation, contractor management, incident investigation and leadership. These modules can be interchanged and completed in any order. Additional modules can be added in consultation with the client.

How Long Does it Take?

The modules are short in duration, focusing on the key areas so the supervisor and or manager completes the module with key learnings from the training. without needing to commit a whole day of training due to work commitments. Trainee input is encouraged to get the very best from the experience.
