Jillian Asquith

Managing Director

Jillian Asquith is the founder Asquith Workforce in 2015, and since then has become a recruitment and retention leader in workplace diversity and inclusion. In early adulthood, Jillian discovered her ancestral ties to the Awabakal people and Country. This ignited a path of understanding First Nations perspectives and her cultural obligations through her community knowledge holders. This experience has been pivotal to deepening her awareness of diversity in community and the workplace – and strengthening her capacity to support both employer and employee in successfully career pathways.

Simon Connell

Director of Safety, Quality & Environment

Simon has been working in the health, safety and systems sector for 26 years, and has been auditing workplaces since 2015. With multi-sector experience (including mining, construction, manufacturing, environment and facilities maintenance), Simon joined Asquith Workforce in 2021 to manage the Safety, Quality and Environment department, assessing workplaces and training clients throughout Australasia.
